H8S Series Rotary Bottle Machine

The H8S series rotary bottle machine adopts servo drive technology, equipped with 12 sections of synchronous forming stations, with a maximum production speed of 180 bottles per minute. It is suitable for producing various glass bottles and jars ranging from 50ml to 1500ml, and supports both IS and rotary forming modes.

H9S Series Rotary Bottle Machine

Chuda's H9S series rotary bottle machine adopts core technologies including double-station servo rotary motion and double-synchronous blow-blow forming process, achieving high production efficiency and excellent forming quality. It is an ideal equipment for mass production of mid-to-high-end glass containers (such as cosmetic bottles and liquor bottles).

Servo Feeder (Multi Gob Weight)

Advanced motion control algorithms are adopted, with an electronic cam curve featuring independent core algorithms configured to achieve high-precision control and digital adjustment of gob shape and weight, with the weight precision controlled within 1-2g. It is equipped with the function of mixed-line production of multiple gob weights and multiple bottle types, with a weight variation range of 0-30%.

Gob Weight Control System

Automatic monitoring of gob weight and shape is achieved with a precision of up to ±0.25%. Two high-definition vision cameras perform high-speed real-time continuous shooting to automatically acquire gob-related data. The combination of the vision system and motion controller enables closed-loop control of gob weight, with a maximum precision of 0.5g.
