This rotary bottle machine adopts a forming process of one blank mold matching multiple blow molds: the H8S model is equipped with 4 blow molds, while the H9S model comes with 2 blow molds. The H9S integrates a synchronous blow head mechanism that rotates together with blow molds to perform continuous blowing, further shortening molding cycle and boosting productivity.
The multi-blow-mold structure extends the shaping and cooling duration of glassware inside molds, improving product quality and expanding the production range. It boasts irreplaceable advantages for thick-bottom bottles and cosmetic containers.

Parallel Multi-Blow-Mold Rotary Production Process

Taking the Chuda H9S rotary bottle machine as an example, each forming unit is fitted with two blow molds (Blow Mold 1 & Blow Mold 2) on the blow side. The equipment integrates dual synchronous blow assemblies, which rotate synchronously with the turntable and sustain continuous blowing during mold rotation.
Core technical workflow:

- Precise Gob Delivery: After glass gobs are pre-shaped into parisons in blank molds, a high-precision servo turnover mechanism accurately transfers parisons to the closing Blow Mold 1.
- Synchronous Rotation & Blowing: Once Blow Mold 1 closes, the servo turntable rotates 180° to move Blow Mold 1 away from the feeding station. Meanwhile, the No.1 blow head activates and blows steadily throughout rotation to shape parisons into finished bottles.
- Alternating Seamless Operation: When Blow Mold 2 rotates to the feeding station to receive the next parison, the No.2 blow head starts blowing synchronously. The two sets work in alternating cycles to realize non-stop continuous production.
- Intelligent Bottle Gripping & Conveying: At the gripping station, finished glass bottles are gently clamped by servo grippers and placed on dead plates for uniform cooling, then accurately transported to mesh belts via electronic bottle pushers.

- Servo Turntable: Servo-controlled rotational indexing delivers high-precision repeated positioning for multi blow molds, with digitalized adjustable motion parameters.
- Servo Bottle Gripping: Servo-driven gripper arms rotate 180° back and forth to transfer finished bottles from blow molds to front cooling dead plates.
- Dual Synchronous Blowing: Blow heads rotate in lockstep with turntables to maintain continuous blowing during mold movement. Compared with traditional IS machines, it extends glass forming time per cycle, effectively eliminating defects such as neck tilt, deformation, ovality and verticality deviation, and raising product yield.
- Energy Saving & Eco-Friendly: The multi-blow-mold design shortens forced air cooling time and cuts air consumption. Digital bottom air intake for blank & blow molds precisely regulates airflow to reduce waste. Servo actuators replace most pneumatic components, slashing compressed air usage.
- Integrated Variable-Weight Servo Feeder: Matched with variable-weight servo feeders, the machine supports mixed-line production of up to 9 bottle models. It perfectly fits small & medium batch orders and greatly enhances flexible manufacturing capacity.
